1. Reservation
When reserving an apartment, a reservation contract is signed with the buyer and a deposit of 5000 euros is paid to confirm the purchase interest.
2. Contract under law of obligations
A notarised contract under the law of obligations is executed with the buyer, establishing all transaction details and requiring payment of 10% of the purchase price.
3. Real rights contract
Once the apartment building is complete and ready for handover, a notarised property transfer agreement is executed, the buyer pays the remaining balance, and ownership is transferred.
